Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair cable systems for residential and commercial customers
- Perform fiber splicing and termination
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cable connections, signal strength, and network performance
- Install network equipment
- Test and certify cable installations to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cable installation or related field prefered
- Knowledge of electrical principles and low voltage systems
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Skills:
- Fiber splicing prefered
- Electrical knowledge
- Field service experience prefered
- Cabling installation and maintenance prefered
- Computer networking basics
- Network installation "rack & stack"
- Understanding of low voltage systems

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
